“Step In, Step Up \u2013 Foundations In Finance is Morgan Stanley\u2019s development programme, aimed at kick-starting the careers of Year 13 students and supporting social mobility. We\u2019re striving to identify undiscovered talented individuals from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds who are keen to learn about our industry and release their potential. Applicants don\u2019t need any experience, just a passion and eagerness to learn about the world of Finance.\u00a0
Through\u00a0<\/strong>a 4 day program of workshops, students will gain <\/strong>insights into a <\/strong>number <\/strong>of <\/strong>different\u00a0areas, including Technology, Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets and Sales, Trading & <\/strong>Research. Students will have the opportunity to delve into our culture and quiz employees through mentoring, networking, technical and professional skills training and panel sessions.
